Queenie weighs somewhere around 9.2lbs. Oh my god. Only 7 months old and my baby is like, OBESE. I'm horrified. To compare, Minion weighs 6.6lbs. He's a little scrawny, but still.

They're going to adult food sooner rather than later. The brand we buy has a diet food, so it's going to be interesting feeding them two different kinds of foods. Hopefully when Queenie gets the weight off we can put her on regular. Don't know 'til we try!

We have a little digital weight, so we can actually weigh them. I like that!

They still haven't been to the vet....they're so overdue. I'm a bad mom. :(

Both of us are still swamped with stuff, hopefully I'll have more interesting things to put up, and pictures too!

I think this week and next week is going to be so hard for Joel and I! Okay, harder for Joel since he doesn't get to go home. ;)

School's just bogging me down, geez.

I am sooo guilty of blasting Keith Urban, singing loud and dancing around to let off some stress though. Makes me so darn happy!! I need to remember to snag the rest of the Garth Brooks CDs from my parents when I visit. Nothing beats country music when I need a pick-me-up, damn!

Minion can now jump 4 feet high. That means there is no where safe to put anything in the apartment anymore. He's also learning how to jump from one place to a higher place, and so he can make it to the top wire shelf that's easily 7ft high.

I seriously have no idea what to do. There's times where it brings me to tears, the things he's breaking, or ruining, or just tipping over. Joel bought me roses before Valentine's, and I looooove getting flowers. They were safe on his dresser for about a week, but this morning he figured out how to get up there and knocked the glass with the roses in it over, getting water over a lot of stuff. One thing being my grandmother's asian-style fan that I have. I pulled it apart gently and let it out to dry, but because of some of the plant food in the water, it's not stuck open and I don't know how to fix it. So I moved the roses into the kitchen, just praying that he wouldn't knock them over.

That was a joke thought. He's knocked them over at least three times.

It wouldn't be such a disaster if it didn't spill the water over everything. I have a hard enough time just trying to keep up with the gross-ness that a kitchen can produce, and that just isn't helping.

MINION YOU SUCK.

Okay, that works for now.

Queenie's been bothering me too, she hates it when I'm on the computer. She's learned to turn off the power switch for the plug extension thing. There's a little pillow blocking it for now, but geez, I can't relax in this place!! Haha.

Also, Minion likes to drink out of the toilet. Hoi. What are we to do?? He licks likea dog too, I swear, cats just get weirder and weirder. With how weird Konani is back home, Southern cats are just strange!!

Small update.

I've been really really stressed, and I don't really see an end to it. Of course it has to do with money, but there's parts where I wish I took an art class, just to force me to keep up with my art. I've barely done anything and it's stupid that I've been this unmotivated!

Hopefully, once my debts are paid, I can get an easel. It feels weird painting without one. I wish I could have brought mine here with me, but alas, there's no way it would have fit in the car, haha. :(

Here's some pictures. There's no real updates. Joel's working every Saturday this month, up until I go home in the first week of March. He already asked for that Friday and Saturday off (5th and 6th), and supposedly they get the whole week after that off. Hope they keep their word.

Nothing really else to report. I've been down in the dumps and busy with homework!







I like how blogger posted these backwards. Oh well, guess it doesn't really matter, huh?

I love how Queenie uses the tiger-toy as a pillow. They certainly still play with it, but when it's downtime she likes to cuddle with it. So cute.
